Do you post to the EU?

We never say never! Get in touch and we can let you know the best postage rates.



What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind on your purchase then you can get in touch and arrange to return it back to Elevate HQ. We will give you a full refund for the product - £6.95 to cover some of the cost for return postage.



What if there is a problem?

Everything that comes out of ElevateHQ is checked to make sure it is perfect. However - if it has not travelled well and there is a problem then get in touch and we can sort out a replacement as quick as a flash.



I want a bowl - but I have a very specific idea in mind.

How about this for innovation? It is true that all our bowls are unique and vary considerably. If you have a particular bowl type in mind then drop us an email. We can arrange a 10 minute consultation where you can pick out your perfect bowl. Our sales team... who am I kidding... Dan or Caroline show you a range of our bowls and you can pick out your perfect tree.... like Christmas... except with Olive.



Does Olive Wood Take a Lot to Look after?

Olive Wood trees can live for over 500 years. They are a hard wood and are super durable. To keep it looking perfect they just need a little olive oil rubbing in them every months (every 2 weeks for frequent use). Don't tell anyone but this is my favourite job as they just transform and dazzle when you do. There are a few don'ts. Don't leave them in water for a long time, don't put them in the dishwasher... but you wouldn't do that would you?



Where are your bowls made?

All our bowls are made by hand by a family business in Tunisia. You will learn more about them when you open your package.



Are there any joins in the bowls?

Each bowl is carved from a solid piece of ancient olive wood. No root, no joins, no glue. 100% crafted.
