Uh-oh- Something damaged?
This also could mean that something has gone wrong with your order and you are not totally satisfied. Every order we send out goes through our tough inspection so we are as disappointed as you. Let's put it right quickly. First of all contact us at email@example.com and send us your number and a real human with give you a call and see what needs doing. Or let us know what the problem is in the email and we will sort something out. We may ask you to return the goods for free and offer you a replacement or full refund. Any replacement can be sent out once we have proof of return. If things have gone really wrong we may ask you to send photos so we can claim on the postal insurance.
Changed your Mind?
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following that products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
